Love Notes currently ships Canada-wide only.

Production Timelines

• Standard production time is up to 3 weeks

• Production timelines do not include shipping transit time

Rush Orders

• Rush production is available for an additional fee

• Rush orders are produced within 10 business days

• Delivery timelines are subject to shipping carrier delays outside of our control

Shipping Timelines

• Estimated shipping time is 3–5 business days

• Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

• Shipping fees are non-refundable

Wedding & Event Timing Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for ordering with sufficient time before their event.

 

We recommend:

 

• Minimum 3 weeks for production

• Plus 3–5 business days for shipping

 

 

Love Notes does not collect or track wedding or event dates. Orders placed close to event dates will still ship according to our standard timelines.

SCENT SAMPLE & SELECTION POLICY

Scent Sample & final Perfume Package (if available & listed) This does not assume you will recieve a scent sample pack. All scent sample packs must be purchased either in a bundle or seperately.

 

• Customers have 12 weeks from the shipment date of the sample pack to submit their final scent selection (only if purchased in a bridal bundle pack, this promotion may not always be available on our website)

• This timeline is strictly enforced due to product availability

• Late scent submissions will not be accepted

 

Failure to submit a scent selection within this timeframe may result in delays or cancellation without refund.
