Final Sale Policy

 

All Love Notes fragrances are custom-made and final sale.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, cancellations, partial refunds, or store credit under any circumstances.

 

This includes, but is not limited to:

 

  • Change of mind

  • Late scent selections

  • Approved customization errors

  • Event-related timing issues

Order Approval & Accuracy

All customization details—including names, dates, quantities, spelling, and label information—are approved at checkout.

 

  • No label proofs are sent after checkout

  • No revisions are permitted once the order is submitted

  • Customers are solely responsible for reviewing and confirming accuracy before purchase

Love Notes is not responsible for errors approved at checkout.

Changes & Reprints

Changes After Checkout

​

  • Change requests submitted within 48 hours of checkout may be accommodated at our discretion

  • A $25 adjustment fee applies to all approved changes

  • Requests made after 48 hours will not be accepted

Reprints Due to Customer Error

If a reprint is required due to customer-approved errors:

 

  • The original product must be returned at the sender’s expense

  • A non-negotiable $45 reprint fee applies

  • Reprints begin only after the original product is received

Limitation of Liability

Love Notes is not liable for:

 

  • Errors approved at checkout

  • Allergic reactions or fragrance sensitivities

  • Shipping delays beyond our control

  • Orders placed too close to an event date

  • Loss or damage after delivery confirmation

ALLERGIES & INGREDIENTS POLICY

Love Notes fragrances may cause sensitivities or allergic reactions. Customers are encouraged to test scent samples thoroughly before final selection.

  • SD-40B 200 Proof Perfumers Alcohol

  • Propanediol 1,3

  • Dipropylene Glycol (LO Perfume Grade)

  • INCI Alcohol Denatured

  • Fragrance Oil

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

 

  • Contact Love Notes within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the damage and original packaging

  • Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted
